Sticking to good habits is SO tough this time of year! At least it is for me. I constantly say, “Well it’s the holidays!” as if it’s a free-for-all excuse to have ice cream for breakfast, stay up later than normal & spend too much on Cyber Monday So I’m going to try a habit I picked up from @james_clear new book. To not “fall off the wagon” more than once…or rather get BACK to my good habits as quickly as possible! And to try to keep that good habit streak going. Let’s see how I do the next 30 days…Any other holiday strategies I should be trying?!
