Sticking to good habits is SO tough this time of year! At least it is for me. 😬 I constantly say, “Well it’s the holidays!” as if it’s a free-for-all excuse to have ice cream for breakfast, stay up later than normal & spend too much on Cyber Monday 🤦🏻♀️ So I’m going to try a habit I picked up from @james_clear new book. To not “fall off the wagon” more than once…or rather get BACK to my good habits as quickly as possible! 💪🏼 And to try to keep that good habit streak going. Let’s see how I do the next 30 days…Any other holiday strategies I should be trying?! 🙌🏼❄️
