Using AI tools to gather data and research our audience can be overwhelming and with how quickly software changes it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and bogged down by the process! In this episode Shanae took us through the baby steps of integrating AI tools into our workflow to gather data and improve our online business and customer experience. She shared how to use Google Analytics to help us decipher where our current audience is and utilizing ChatGPT 4 to help us come up with an accurate customer persona. She shared a few of her favorite tools for gathering and organizing data and even mentioned one of my favorites, Notion!
We talked about how in today’s world customer’s expect instant answers and sometimes expect things that we don’t even think of! I shared how I used a software, Crazy Egg, to see how visitors interacted with my website and made tweaks because of it.
Shanae shared how she fact checks the AI tools she’s using and her latest tricks for using AI in her design workflow on Canva using their new Magic Studio. She even challenged us to try it out this week some time and I can’t wait to give it a go. If you’ve been dragging your feet about learning AI tools this is your wake up call!
