#144 | Reignite Your Goals With Antonio Neves

When I asked Antonio how we should reignite our goals for 2024 he caught me off guard by saying “do less”. He looked me dead in the face (okay, the screen) and said “do less than you’re capable of” because planning these big audacious goals can often lead us astray. Antonio is on a mission to bring clarity and focus to the new year and after the hour we spent together so am I. The biggest nugget I’m chewing on from the conversation? The idea that boredom can often look like burn out.

So many of us have become addicted to being busy but we’re not being productive. Our time is spent in inboxes and DM’s and less time is spent with our family and friends. How do we get really focused on what matters? Antonio suggested asking yourself and your close circle two key questions.

1. What are you celebrating?
2. What are you navigating?

I plan to take a step back this holiday season and get really clear on what matters, on who I need on my team and what success really looks like in the year to come. I hope you do too.
