AI is everywhere lately, your news feed, your inbox, maybe even at your kitchen table. This week, we took a “show me, don’t just tell me” approach, walking through the ways I’m using AI and new apps to save time (and maybe our sanity).
First up, Notion. Yes, Notion is a project management tool, but think of it as your brain’s best friend. Grocery lists, “to be read” lists, random restaurant recommendations, work checklists, everything in one place, accessible from both your phone and computer! And here’s the real kicker: Notion’s new AI feature. Ask it anything about your notes or your team’s projects, and it’ll summarize, suggest, or hunt down exactly what you need. It’s like having a super-organized assistant.
Second, if you text or send voice notes frequently, Whisper Flow is for you. This app is a total upgrade from your phone’s regular talk-to-text. It catches grammar, context, and even corrects when you stumble over words. I was suspicious at first, but now I’m zipping through emails and notes just by speaking, total game changer.
Last, let’s talk about practical tips for AI at home! If you’re a recipe collector or recipe hoarder, no judgment, Deglaze will become your new best friend. Find a recipe on TikTok, Instagram, or wherever you scroll, click “share,” and it’s instantly saved to one easy app. Plus, its AI tidies up ingredients and instructions without you ever grabbing a pen.
So, here’s your homework: try one new tool this week, Notion AI, Whisper Flow, or Deglaze, and let me know how it goes. We all have busy lives, but learning a new AI tool could actually make things a lot easier…and maybe a bit more fun! I hope you’ll be able to join us next Wednesday, same place, same time as we dive into personal branding for introverts.
