Most of us have quit on our new years resolutions, let’s be honest. It’s usually because although we would like to change our life our routine has not changed much. Terry joined us live to talk about how to set new routines and why it matters. He shared how because of his time restraints as a parent of four he has to work smarter not harder. Some of his non negotiables are the gym and journaling so he has to get creative with the other hours he spends in the day.
Terry shared how one of the best things he did was hire a performance coach. After his brother passed away he realized that he needed some outside support to continue to grow in his business and show up well at home. His coach helped him restructure his day and in turn his life!
One of my favorite things Terry shared with us while live is how he’s curated his LinkedIn feed to only show power players that he wants to connect and engage with. I love the concept because if you’re like me you might get on LinkedIn with the goal of connecting with others in your industry and then get lost in the personal updates and noise that can sometimes clutter the feed. If you’re ready to get control of your routine and in turn your life give this one a listen!
