Ever get that sneaky feeling that everyone else at work knows more than you? You’re not alone! This week on Coffee With Kim, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Delores Druilhet Morton, CEO of Step Up. We talked about breaking down what confidence at work really looks like (spoiler: it’s not always loud or flashy) and how we can all get a little boost. Confidence isn’t a fixed personality trait but a muscle to flex and strengthen—no matter your title, age, or how “together” you might look on paper.
Delores gave us some really great homework to improve our confidence. She recommends a good massage and practicing your confidence pitch on video. (maybe not in that order) You might hate the sound of your own voice (don’t worry, we all do), but you’ll grow from it.
