#99 | The Best Of Coffee With Kim!

I’ve gone live (almost!) every Wednesday on LinkedIn for the last two years…99 times to be exact! What started as a fun experiment during quarantine has led to a full-blown podcast filled with big business opportunities & a network I could have never dreamed of. They aren’t kidding when they say consistency pays off! This week we’re looking back on my favorite golden nuggets of wisdom shared by past powerhouse guests. • Consistency Pays Off: I never dreamed this Coffee With Kim thing would grow to be what it is. I started going live as a way to stay connected during that pandemic. I realized I wasn’t having the coffee chats that I was used to and I was really missing those conversations that left me with new big ideas. I also thought “why should I be the only one to benefit from these”? So we hit “go live” & shared it here with you! Now 99+ episodes later we’re still doing it!

• Working Toward The Person You Want To Be: Jason Feifer talks a lot about “working your next job” and shared it with our community back in the early days of Coffee With Kim. He discusses the two sets of opportunities we’re given at work. Opportunity set A is all around what’s asked of us at work and opportunity set B isn’t asked of us but could take our career to the next level. I know that Coffee With Kim was my opportunity set B. It wasn’t asked of me (I wasn’t even sure anyone was going to show up to be honest) but it’s been such a gamechanger!

• Creating Community Online: If you missed the live show I recommend you hit “play” on that Youtube video up there. You only need to watch 2 seconds to see the amazing back drop behind me. That’s two balloon columns with the number 99 on them! I had no idea they were going to arrive & showed up on my doorstep as a gift from you all (the CWK crew!). I was so surprised & it reminded me that this matters.
